Beat the Blues is going virtual this year! Join the Counseling & Wellness Center and our campus partners for a month of programs aimed at improving mood, fostering connection, and helping to beat those winter blues.

The Counseling & Wellness Center is excited to offer FREE care packages to students as part of our Beat the Blues programming! Care packages will be available through the month of February (or while supplies last) and delivered directly to your current residence. If you're in need of a mood boost, just submit this online request form and we'll get one sent your way!
